Join OOA and Guidepost Mentorship for a conversation on the importance of mentoring for both employees and companies. Mentoring opportunities grow confident future leaders, support more equitable career mobility, and build community and a sense of belonging, both of which can be especially challenging in virtual or hybrid work environments.
The panel will feature mentors from the Guidepost Mentorship Program and will be facilitated by Guidepost Mentorship founder and mentoring program expert, Kristen Freaney.
